On Wednesday 27 January 2016, St Andrew’s hosted its third annual professional development day for the teachers and staff of the Greek Orthodox co-education private schools in Sydney: St Spyridon College (Kingsford), All Saints Grammar (Belmore) and St Euphemia College (Bankstown). In front of an audience of 200 people, the event was opened by the College’s Sub-Dean, His Grace Bishop Seraphim of Apollonias. It featured presentations by Prof. Angelo Karantonis (Editor of Phronema), Dr Philip Kariatlis (Academic Director, Senior Lecturer in Systematic Theology), and Sr Dr Margaret Beirne (Senior Lecturer in Biblical Studies).
