Introduce Yourself in Writing
Submit an autobiographical statement (750-1000 words) which introduces you to the College and also outlines the reason(s) why you wish to undertake theological education.
Key Dates for February Intake
Applications for admission to St Andrew's for 2025 will be reviewed on a rolling basis, from 2 December 2024 to 31 January 2025. The Admissions Committee will consider applications during these periods and inform applicants of its decision within 14-21 days.
The application process is normally paper-based whereby applicants submit their materials in person or via postal mail service. However, applicants may also lodge their application form and supporting materials via email and good quality pdf scans and jpeg attachments.

Essential Requirements
Application for admission form
Proof of Citizenship (e.g. copy of birth certificate or current passport)
A copy of your Driver License
Certified copies of academic transcripts [except audit students] or ask your university or tertiary institution to provide an official digital version of transcript(s) and academic document(s) (e.g. My eQuals)
A digital photograph of passport size and quality, taken not more than 3 months prior, submitted as a jpeg file. These are easily obtainable from Australia Post, Officeworks and some pharmacies.
An autobiographical statement (as cited above)
A reference letter from a bishop or priest who is willing to serve as a referee on your behalf [Note: Any applicant whose parish life is not within the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia normally requires a blessing from their respective local bishop and a reference letter from him or from a priest designated by him which is written with his permission and on his behalf].
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) documents or evidence of equivalent English Language test (if previous academic training was undertaken in a language other than English).
An entrance test (e.g. short assignment, online quiz) may be required if you are seeking admission into an undergraduate course under Mature Age or Special Entry provisions.
Important information about USI’s
All students need a Unique Student Identifier (USI). A USI is your individual education identifier for life issued by the Commonwealth Government. It creates an online record of your training attainments in Australia. You only have to create it once. If you do not already have a USI you must apply online.

Complete the online FEE-HELP application, called the Electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF)
This is required once per course only.
The Registrar will guide you through the eCAF application process.
Dormitory Accommodation
Be single male full-time study applicants
Have discussed the prospect of theological studies with their local bishop
Have completed an interview with Members of the College’s Admissions Committee (in person or via Zoom)
Possibly undergo a second interview with the Dean and Faculty Board
Provide a Certificate of Baptism
