Grade Point Average
A grade point average is recorded on each transcript for each degree and award and may be used as a criterion for admission into certain courses of study, such as the Bachelor of Theology (Honours) degree.
The grade point average is calculated as follows:
GPA = (4H + 3D + 2C + 1P + 0N) ÷ E
where:
H is the number of credit points gained at H grade
D is the number of credit points gained at D grade
C is the number of credit points gained at C grade
P is the number of credit points gained at P grade and S grade
N is the number of credit points attempted but which earned an N grade
